Merlin has a DBA and MBA from Indiana University with doctoral fields in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Economics and Business Government. His BS is from Iowa State University.

Dave's overseas experience includes India, Singapore and The Philippines.
Joel is a veteran of the electronics industry in a variety of senior management roles in electronic manufacturing companies. In his 20+ years in the industry, he has developed a reputation as an industry leader in the development of technology. Joel has built partnerships with customers and manufacturers in Europe, China and Taiwan. Rounding out his international profile, he spent two years starting an assembly company from scratch in Mexico. He has an MBA from the University of Tennessee in Finance and Marketing and a BS from Kansas State University in Chemical Engineering.
